The Loosely Organized Research Facility

About

The Facility

The Loosely Organized Research Facility is a living experiment — a one-person, agent-augmented organization built to explore what products, infrastructure, and operating models look like when agents are first-class participants.

Everything here is built in the open. The site you're reading runs on the same telemetry pipeline it reports on. The agents that build the facility are observable through the facility. The research questions drive the work, and the work informs the research.

This isn't a company. It's a workshop. Some investigations lead to shipped software. Others lead to a field note and a better question. The only requirement is that it stays honest about what it finds.
